There are so many things to share...It was long stay for me 3 nights ....so had chance to observe many things... PRO:1) the place is peaceful .no big disturbing sounds in night. 2)AC working good... 3) Closed access Spacious room 4) wash rooms are ok with hot water supply and GOOD DRINKING WATER CONS: 1) Room not properly maintained 2) Boys don't know regional language ... 3) Food brought from outside.... Breakfast is to minimum level, and it costs me 5 star rate for just one egg fried rice...(even service tax 11% a total of rs 167) for dinner. 4) bugs running on floor in the night..( check the snaps) 5) worse of all....WiFi not working...Thanks to Mukesh Ambani for JIO saved my day... If you are looking for short stay this is OK ... PRICES are competitive with 3 star hotels.....

You'll get the shock of your life as soon as you enter the hotel. ... Hotel runs on a single floor in Airtel building with only 9-10 rooms to choose from. .. The staff are courteous on the face but never respond to your requirements. Complimentary breakfast is just a marketing jargon here as they procure few south Indian dishes like Idly,dosas, from some inferior restaurant and give a single dosa or idly per person. No quality is maintained. Even they don't provide you with a bottle of mineral water rather you've to fill it from the aqua guard. Only good thing is that it's nearby to the prominent places of the city. It'll be a waste to call this even a hotel rather it complies to be termed as a lodge. ..

5 star rating for this hotel. Stayed there for 4 days and I must say this hotel gives you a homely feeling. Cozy rooms, Clean washrooms, good and prompt service staff . I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel and you will get the feel of no less than a 5 star hotel. Thanks Vihar for the hospitality will be staying back again for sure whenever I am in Vizag :)

First day the room was good but bathroom was not good not hygiene i have insisted for room change next day they gave another room but have not provided any soaps and hot water was not coming hotel is in 03rd floor lift is like hell don't work properly. Room is good but rest all I didn't liked it I will give rating 3 for 5

my experience was average. i found torn bed linens in a hotel and they changed on 2nd day after my request. they should take of these things in advance. linens were not good enough. however, staff was cooperative and good behaving. good thing is hotel location. neat and clean area and just 2 km away from beach.

Nice and clean room for your budget stay. Hotel staff is extremely helpfup and courtious. Hotel does not have a restaurant or food service so they get food from outside. There is so many eating options near to the hotel, so it wouldn't be a problem. I have stayed in this hotel and and I will recommend it.

Only reason am giving single star is 1. a foto showin beach view from room. 2.showing a beach hotel foto as if it is near to it. we booked it thinking it was near beach. once the WRONG fotos are removed i can give better ratings & Also give other comments,

Hot water problem. no drinking water in the rooms. breakfast is served in the room only one item. only one good thing here is the spa. the therapist is a professional and well experienced. rest all is a poor experience....

Poorly maintained rooms, sticky floors with cockroaches on bed, toilet and cupboard. AC is pathetic and noise. You cant sleep with that much noise. Breakfast is from outside and not at all good.
