i would rate a hotel 5 as the facilities are really made good and advanced. however i don’t feel like even giving 1 as the staff behaviour is pathetic here. from day 1 till my checkout one after one has made me upset. 1. 1st day i received a call from reception at morning “8.00 am” to check if i am doing checkout today. 2. ⁠1st day when i asked rates they said 2000/- plus taxes. next day i wanted to extend for another 3 days and asked for rates, they say 2500/- plus taxes. if i ask reason, they say as per demand there rates keep fluctuating. 3. ⁠from day 1- housekeeping always did half job in the room. never cleaned the floor. don’t exchange the towels. he folded the same used towels and kept it on bed and left. 4. ⁠received a call from restaurant for breakfast- lady - she says 10 is last for breakfast i said ok. then she gets rude and tells on call if you come at 10.30 you will not get breakfast. very stage behaviour. 5. ⁠at restaurant- i asked waiter for bread butter and jam. he applied butter one side and jam on another side of same bread. and hardly shows interest to serve. if i ask for bread he is toaster is turned off. 6. ⁠my 3rd day of stay, i came back from work and i see. housekeeping has done the same thing. the worst is tissue roll was over. he dint even placed a tissue roll. no matter how good the owner has facilitated. the untrained staff or behaviour of staff can ruin the reputation of hotel.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The staff is also very polite and helpful. Rooms are big enough for comfortable stay. Food is also very good. Overall very happy with the stay.
