the hotelier number was incorrect and we missed the route and finally we struggled to get another hotel. . worst experience Gia , please check the contact information provided for the hotel we dint stayed in that hotel. . how to believe that hotel exist when given contact number itself is not correct. . please refund our amount

balcony view is very nice, just in front of backwaters, staff is very polite, manager is very friendly and cooperative, owner is nice person, cook made nice dinner and breakfast but rooms needs pest control and proper cleaning as there were bed bugs, ants and cockroach in the room

Location was very pleasant near to the Backwater but 200 meters far from the main road. Staff services was very appreciable & they efficiently provide us dinner at the right time. Food was delicious and served in a well manner. Cleanliness was maintained within the hotel.

This home stay has given me most memorable things, plesentness over here is fabulous and maintance staff are friendly..but only correction i want to say is about cleanliness and bad odour, and please maintain it properly. Other than this it's perfect
