Viramma Resort

Good and cooperative hotel staffs like Sumon, Madhav, Roky....but this hotel is much costlier compare to other hotels with much more amenities with a range of Rs **** per night and within locality. Here they are charging quite more and location is in remote where you need to commute through Auto etc. They does not provide complementary breakfast or provide tea as complementary in rooms. As all hotels in this range provide so. In other ways value for money you spend here is not justified.

Manager in the reception Me A Mukherjee did not behave well **.** But I have find their hotels name in the site. It is great confusing wether to book again or not. **This is at all not acceptable and it is totally wrong thing which tier are doing. As in the hotel there is no facility for taking printout, I have to go out to some cyber and take a printout of that voucher and submit to them. Then only they will accept my stay.

This hotel is not maintained at all , worst rooms and bad people around, The place is recently dirty and there is no similarity with the images provided here, There is no room service and even they will try to charge you VAT without providing vat number. Its a place where one will be cheated in many ways.Quality and taste of food is really bad. I request people who are reading my write-up - PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

I would have given negative star rating if it was possible. Reception people behave as if customers are their enemies. They need severe training on hospitality. Indicates how careless the management is! Horribly disappointing room, bathroom and service (basic amenities like towel, water etc are not available in the room!)Looks as if a cattle shed is being converted in to a hotel!.
