For middle class tourists, it is a good accommodation. It is maintained neat and tidy. They provide you with pakaged water free of cost. Mr Jeeraj Pai is extremely nice and gentle. He took me and my family in his own car to the tour operator's office, when the operator was unwilling to pickup at the guest house. They never charged anything extra for their additional services. Mr Pai is really a good Samaritan. I recommend my friends and relatives to stay at this guest house, when they visit Goa. Thanks a lot to the Home owners.

We (Myself, my wife & my son) had a very nice stay at Vishal Holiday Home, Panjim, Goa. We stayed there from 9th October, 2019 to 11th October, 2019. Mr. Viraj P Pai, the owner of the property is very much cordial. He feels for his guests, takes care of every titbits. Being a professionally qualified person, he manages everything with a smile. It is a very spacious apartment & as such we felt very homely during our stay. I would surely recommend this place to everyone who plans for a Goa trip in near future. Nothing, as such.

It was like a home stay. Where the owner is staying in the next floor and guests are on the other floor.There was something part ion between the 2 rooms kind of plywood, by which we can hear the voice of another person who is staying in another room, which was making very noisy and cannot sleep good.It was an average experience.

The property is located very near to the beach so location wise it's very good. The rooms & the services provided to here were very satisfactory as well & even the overall atmosphere of the place was very good too. The food we had here was great too. The staffs there were very good as well. We had very cheerful stay here.

It is the budget hotel. I liked the service provided by owner, he dropped us to Panjim bus depot. Water bottles too were provided. They need to improve on the exterior of the property. It is hard to identify property from outside and also remove the old location address from Google map.

Its located slightly outside, but it was convenient. Staffs & services were also very good and it was neat & clean as well.Overall it was a very comfortable & pleasant stay and had a very good experience.

one of the worst owner and maintanance people also... best suggestion don't rent a bike here big fraud here... after you return a bike they ll charge extra money don't go here..

If you book this place the person would ask you to come to a different location than that mentioned in the site. Room was okay and was in Casa Laguna hotel nearby.
