It's an excellent property. Away from the city, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We took the heritage room first, but the lake side room was so nice that we requested hotel guys to upgrade us. We paid some extra, and it was totally worth it! The owner was really polite and was helpful in finding house boat. Though we eventually didn't book via his reference, as we needed a sharing boat instead of a private one. FYI : We would recommend day ride instead of night stay in houseboat. And Sharing House Boats will cost lesser. If private boat costs 7k, sharing will cost approx. 4.5k. This is March month (off season). Peace, serene, complimentary boat ride, indoor games, badminton, swimming pool, food - especially the Prawns Fry. Everything was great. The approach road however really needs a mending. We were worried whether the cab driver will take us all the way or not. The last stretch to the hotel is super narrow, bumpy, and it's a one way path. One deadlock, and you're stuck!

Recently stayed at this property and we had the best experience ever. We booked the villa with a balcony which overlooks the lake. A very nice swimming pool is available at the property. The room and premises are well maintained and the atmosphere is very calm and peaceful Also enjoyed the Complimentary Shikara ride of 30 minutes where we can experience the real beauty of Allapuzha. The staff are super friendly and well-mannered. The food was also delicious at a reasonable price. Overall excellent experience.👌

One of the best resort experiences I've had in a long time. If you plan a trip to Alleppey, I would recommend booking this resort instead of a houseboat. Splendid view and loads of fun activities to engage you throughout like complimentary speed boat ride, fishing, swimming pool, peddle boating, lush green gardens with whole lot of fruit bearing trees and what not. The food is average though..but everything else makes up for it. Also, I booked the tree house and absolutely loved it!

The overall experience was so so good. Very courteous staff, amazing food options and lovely property for a getaway. We stayed at the cottage room and amazing backwaters view with house boats passing every minute. The road that led to the property was very not in a good condition

It was an amazing stay at Warmth lake.We loved this place & especially the lake view.Food was good.For those who are stressed,you can actually stay here for a day or two enjoy the place , the calmness and the lovely scenery & have a relaxed mind.

Beautiful lake review location. Rooms are spacious. Well maintained. Professional and friendly staff. Food is only average. Last 1km to the location is not good. They have outdoor and indoor games available.

we are stay here in tree house for 3 days. everything was just amazing❤️. rooms, views, they have complimentary boat rides. and also couple-friendly. worth to stay here🤩good only bit pricy. otherwise nothing
