A very warm staff and wonderful service, we surely had a great time at the hotel. Rooms are clean and well kept. Kitchen and the amenities provided inside are very well kept. Very good food and extremely helpful staff… The ambience of the rooftop restaurant and its view overlooking the city is an absolute luxury to the eyes!!The super markets across the road and a bakery at a walking distance, proved to be very helpful!! Mosque is just behind the hotel so we also had the pleasure of hearing the azan.. Overall wonderful experience..! The picture of the hotel with a long garden is a bit misleading because the garden is a public park opposite the hotel and not inside the premises and not all rooms are with a view of the garden. Also, the extra bed was not a bed actually but only a mattress which they put on the floor. I would like to suggest the hotel management to kindly arrange for an actual bed, the folding beds that we normally get for an extra bed in a hotel of this level.

Our entire family members were delighted with the Stay. Mr. Madhu (Property Manager) is very humble,helpful, treats guests with utmost respect. He is a big asset & encouragement for people to revisit this property. If you are going with family then try to book a 3 BHK Service apartment, it has 3 Bedrooms with AC, Big Hall, Dinning Room, 3 Bathrooms. Kitchen provided with Basic utensils for cooking like Microwave, Induction Stove,Rice Cooker,Toaster, Refrigerator,Vessels, Plates, Spoons & etc... Rooms, Bathrooms & Kitchen were neat & clean. Location : Calm place with a very nice park in front of it. Tourists place like Palace & Zoo are approx 4 Kms from here. Food : Property doesn't have an Hotel in house, food can be ordered online or we can use the kitchen for basic cooking. Parking : Car parking is on the road in front of the Hotel. Not to worry its a calm road with very little traffic & property has 24hrs Security guard.

Excellent service apartment. We needed early check-in but was not possible since it was fully occupied. But, Mr.Madhu was kind enough to provide us a room to refresh and space to keep our bags. Moreover, he gave us many ideas and suggestions to plan our Mysore Trip. In all stay, food, service was excellent. Best suited for family with kids, as we can cook food, utensils were available and all shops are nearby. We cooked lunch for all the days we stayed and helped us to avoid risk of having outside food. I must specially thank Mr.Madhu for his customer centric service and extensive knowledge of places. Thank you Madhu. Our trip wouldn't have been so much comfortable without your guidance. Excellent location, very neat rooms, just opp to a big green park which would be ideal for a cool morning walk.... Madhu, the manager was very kind and polite and helpful..... Food had to be ordered atleast 45 mins in advance..... Food also tasted very nice... There are AC rooms, dining table, microwave, kettle, fridge, hot water, washing machine, plates and other basic amenities.... Overall this place is a great place to stay.....
