Go for it.....here are reasons..... 1--great location on mall road 2--superb food quality... 3--fastest room service 4--clean and neat room..bathroom.. 5--trained staff.. 6--great cafe..restaurant.. 7--since its 4 star ..its deserves also. 8-morning buffet is amazing If anyone review it to be costly then remember that it's being a 4 star hotel and also on Mall Road..so the prices will be according to that..so dont think about money at that time.. Best for family....couples...friends....no complaints from my side....if your pocket allows this hotel then dont dont think twice...go for it

it was an excellent experience staying at Willow Banks hotel. We got a free upgrade to balcony view room, thanks to the courteous staff. Biggest advantage of this hotel is it's location. it's bang on the mall road and easily approachable to lift and one can start the stroll on mall road as you step out. The hotel also has 2-3 eateries in house which are quite popular and convenient. Staff was courteous, rooma were large with excellent view of the Shimla town. Only -ve point is that the room service food is quite pricy. Overall an excellent property and highly recommended!!

Good location close to mall lift. But if you are checking in or out before 8 A.M or after 10 P.M, need to climb few steps till property lift. Must use their porter services in that case which is helpful. Basic room itself is sufficient and good. Centralised heating is very good. Amenities are all good. Could not use their restaurant due to our schedule but ambience and live music were impressive. Safe and comfortable for family stay. Not much for kids but not required being on the mall road which has many options.

From the friendly staff to the impeccably clean rooms with breathtaking views, everything exceeded expectations. The food deserves a special mention — we tried the local Himachali dishes and were impressed by the authenticity. Located right on Mall Road, it’s perfect for exploring the town without worrying about commuting. Truly one of the best 4-star hotels in Shimla — worth every penny!

Excellent location, great rooms If you’re searching for hotels in Shimla with comfort, class, and convenience, this is it! Hotel Willow Banks is ideally placed on Mall Road — everything from shopping to cafes is just a short walk. The rooms were extremely well-maintained, tidy, and spacious, with beautiful views of the hills. We dined at the SkyBar — the food was delicious and freshly made. They’ve nailed the mix of heritage charm and modern comfort. Would gladly return!

Love the stay. Its very close to the Mall Road and the Church. View from the room balcony is just amazing specially during rain or snow. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food tastes really nice. A few drinks specially the cocktails can be better. Wifi is good, but it needs to be reset every day. If you watch netflix in your room, it will exhaust the data limit in less than an hour, which was disappointing at times. But overall, great stay.

The stay was wonderful and had such an amazing time. The staff was very nice and sweet to us. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and they offered us an upgraded room which was a cery nice gesture feom their end. Overall we had an amazing stay and will surely plan visit here again
