Rooms are too small, you can get better room size in the same prize. Worst part was the room service and rude behaviour of the staff. Hospitality was something that was missing in the staff’s behaviour, especially the managerial level. Bell boy and other staff members were still amiable but the managerial staff was least bothered about their behaviour, it was like they are doing some kind of a favour by giving us accommodation. They couldn’t supply the basic amenities like dental kit.

Very Bed Staff The Men On Hotel Countre Was Behoved Very Bedly With Me He Treat Costumer Like Sit Almost Fight With Me Because He Want To Change My Room For Witch I Paid And He Want To Put Me In Very Basic Room I Told Him Why Would I Do That Than He Call Up With Other Boys Of Hotel And Try And Fight With Me Finley I Have To Live The Hotel In Middle Of My Staying Avoid This Hotel Because Of Staff

The person at counter is ruthless n they charge early checking 500 not giving any recipes for that. Bathroom are very smaller we booked Deluxe Room n Paid for that he gives normal room said all rooms are deluxe??

Extremely good ambience , very much close to Cyber city the hub of Gurgaon. Value for money as rooms very comparatively larger in size in the given rent slab. Nice food. Located at peaceful location.

Castle like hotel. Beautifully built in the heart of Gurgaon. very near to cyber hub. In this monsoon season, it is a good hotel to stay at because of its great service.

good clean rooms, close to DLF Cyber Hub and the Sikanderpur Metro. if bored of the food, a lot of eateries around and they allow deliveries to the hotel.
