Winterfell Stays

The hotel was in a good spot, easy to find and you could walk to the mall road. The staff let us check in early, which was nice. The room was just average. It had a balcony, but the view wasn't great (you can see in the picture). It was also really noisy. We could hear everything – people in the hallways, traffic, car horns, even phones ringing in other rooms. On the second day, someone came to make the bed, but they didn't actually clean the room. Our used glasses and mugs were still dirty. The food was okay. The hotel staff told us about a guy renting scooters, and he was right there at the hotel. But the scooters were much worse than we expected. Going uphill, we had to actually push the scooter because it wouldn't go. This made our stay much less enjoyable. Experience was fine. Could have been way better

Interior also best in class Food : Tried Breakfast and seems better than outside Service : the staff is very friendly and supportive, even late night also they start bonfire 🔥. Gave suggestions about places to visit. Arranged local food items Location : perfect location near Mall road and near clock tower, gateway to Landour

It was nice experience staying in winterfell stays Mussoorie. Location was good about 600 meters from mall road. 8 min walk to mall road. Rooms are small but properly maintained and clean. Service and staff is very good and cooperative. Provided iron (press) as requested. Food is Okey. Overall good experience. Drawbacks are room is small, no cupboard or Amira with door in the room and side tables are without drawers.
