We reached at hotel around 8.30 and hotel excutive was asking to pay extra charge for early check in then we have paid 300 more rupees and he takes 15 minutes to complete check in process and when we enter in the room of hotel we found that bed sheet was too dirty and they have not provided mineral water only ro water mineral water is available on chargeable basis and we can't view anything from the hotel room service poor they provided one towel for 2 person ...soap only one towel only one and room service poor....

They will show something in the booking page but when you reach at the hotel thet will say we don't have rooms we have only other rooms , The room was very dirty, the pillow cover was very very dirty and they have not provided any handwash soap bucket anything, wifi problem as there is no network for Sim , zero network there , cleaning is not good ,

This hotel is one Of the worst stay in my life because at the time of hotel booking owner upload some room photos with balcony view but i paid something for balncony room but in a reality there is some different room without ventilation system and Rats were also roaming inside the room. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel

Running the same property with two names . Room size is very small so that only a bed can fit with sparring only 1 feet from all side. No cell tower available and wifi provided also doesn't work properly. Location is also not good as you have to take taxi or auto from bus stand to reach there. Not worth more than a thousand bucks.

Excellent stay ensured and super 5star hospitality given by all staff, this place is highly recommended for families and large groups. An experience that takes you away from urban life race for a serene experience. Food was super good all times. Felt was home away from home. Good job Harsh and wooden paradise team

Room was tiny, toilet dirty, ambience pathetic, approach horrible , we didn't stay there , cheating by posting false impression photos and putting condition of non refundable amount. I have cancelled and raised a complaint to Goibibo for refund , hope a positive response at least on their behalf.
