The hotel itself is nice, but the room we were given (Room 101) was in very poor condition. It was extremely small, infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes, and overall not well-maintained. Due to cockroaches on the bed my, we had no choice but to switch to a non-AC room at night. I understand that this is a new hotel, but I strongly urge the hotel to improve the cleanliness and condition of this particular room. Please avoid assigning Room 101/102 to any of your guests.
