"0" Star...Pathetic hotel i have ever stayed...the hotel manager is the worst person you ll ever meet,he ll annoy you to the core by telling that we dont follow what you are promised to get even though paying in advance. 1.Had to come to reception for every single time eg.No hot water coming in the morning,shower doesn't have hot water,for tea order, for coffee..For every single thing you have to come to reception as there is no phone or bell for alert. 2.Muddy water was flowing from taps 3.Unclean room as spiders were there 4.Bedsheets were also smelly after all this paid inconvenience,when i gave the feedback that i ll never ever stay in this hotel again and won't recommend as well the arrogant manager has total disrespect to customers feedback and instead of words of improvement he said i run this hotel fr 22 yrs i dont need customers.. "Tum dusre hi hotel me jao.." So as manager wants to stay in that hotel with him and his kind staff only please dont consider this hotel for stay.You can have many options there..

Overall the stay was good. The location of the property was fine and easily accessible. Also, the staff of the property was cooperative. The services that they provided was satisfactory. Only the cleanliness of the property was not maintained properly. Overall 4-star rating for the entire stay.

We had a late checkin at 11 pm but still the room was not ready. They completed the cleaning by 12.30 midnight. Service was pathetic. No soaps ..no towels...no drinking water. Food was ok and the only positive point. Please do not book this hotel.

This hotel gave us clean room with good ambiances & excellent housekeeping facilities but I was upset regarding the quality of food they served us even the price of the food was too expensive in accordance to Kolhapur.
