Accidentally we took this property for one night. When we booked we got non ac room. After reached I asked them to give a ac room. They pay additional which is comfortable payment for me. And brought neat and clean room as seen in their image.. It was a lovely night for me.. Nice staff (especially male receptionist) . He spoke mannerly .. Highly recommend this property for all.. I had a great stay at york...had a hassle free checkin and the staffs were were friendly and helpful.Rooms were very clean and had all basic Location of the hotel too is at a prime location with bus station, metro and railway within couple of kms.Overall i had a great experience and would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

It was a great experience! Check-in process was smooth overall. Rooms were very clean and hygienic. Loved it! AC and lighting was good as well. We loved that the sheets were clean and soft, the bed wasn't too high, the bathroom had a glass we can see through from the bedroom so that led to some fun times :)

Awesome property and I really enjoyed the facility in the hotel. Room and service quality was excellent and location was also convenient as it was situated near to main road. The only issue is car parking space which was not adequate.

The best hotel I ever stayed in Cochin. Rooms was neat and clean and staffs behavior was very cordial and warm.The hotel is well located in the main road but parking area is congested.
