Zenia Luxury Suites and Serviced Apartments

I booked a room here just for a night. The toilet was not flushed when I checked in, It stank horrible when I opened the toilet lid. I called them one day before my check and all I asked was for clean toilet and fresh bed linen. Bed linen was clean but the toilet was horrible. There were no bath or face towels, over head shower does not work. Sofa is full of stains and very dirty, I could not even sit on it. Kitchen was clean but I didn't use it.. All that money I believe is for the location. I would not recommend to anyone or stay here again. I gave two stars only because the bed linen was clean.

The cost is too much not worth the setup they offer at the apartment. I am only much thankful for their flexibility in check in checkout timings as my mother was alone and they helped me checkin early. The apartments are very dirty, needs pesticides done, AC does not work most times, lot of ants, utensils are not basic ones which we would need as a family, basic kitchen materials missing, many door handles, locks, hinges broken. Basically they need proper check and maintenance before giving it to service for the cost they quote.

The property is located in a very posh area of Mumbai. Situated centrally it's an ideal location if you want to explore Mumbai. The rooms are super clean, the staff is very helpful and cordial. The rooms provide all the necessary things, such as a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, plates and cutlery, etc. The breakfast served was hot and tasty. I would highly recommend this place, especially with families.

We asked for extending 15 mins as we had to pack our stuff but the people there were making fuss and didn't even gave us atleast some time, were just outside our room. At first i asked for an upgrade as we were checking in late around 7pm but they didn't have it so i asked for atleast late checkout of 30 mins
