This is a wonderful place to stay as well as if ur solo or with ur family and it’s very near colva beach , just below 2 kms . The owner provided us with more time to stay then our check out time . Our check out was at 11 am , but as our train was at 7 , he allowed us stay there until our needs . It also has a wonderful pool with clean water . Over all we are really happy and satisfied with the stay . Hope to continue there on our next trip 😍👍

Our host Gavin was an amazing person. The place is quite a nice one with all the modern amenities. perfect for a homestay. We stayed here for 2 nights and they both were memorable ones. Shall surely book this place if I'm ever visiting Goa again. Only getting Vodafone range is a bit of an issue but otherwise I have no complaints here.

Nice and peaceful place to stay for family with kids. Its an apartment complex so safety comes along. We could just go out to the beaches unplanned, as it was closeby. As a suggestion maybe having a housekeeper come in the morning to clean up the place would be appreciated

every thing is there but it is in worst condition ... noising bed , ugly smelling kitchen and dust rooms ... please don't got there ...
