Good management. They speak English (good to have; when you dont know Tamil in Chennai). Hotel is very near to Embassy and 10-15 min walk to US Biometrics center. AC Rooms are good. They gave me bigger room with AC because TV was not working in my previous room. Hotel is Good for staying for 1-2 days for business (VISA interviews); Opt for the bigger 2-3 people AC rooms - it is clean and good.

This is my second stay at Adhavan Residency. Room which I got was neat and clean. Happy with amenities and service provided. Best thing about Adhavan residency is staff and management are helpful and respond to customer query. overall a very pleasant stay 😊

Very nice place to stay here, although toilet is small in size, I recommend to stay here because of 24 hours power backup, 24 hours water supply, good transportation facility, all necessary utility items available near by the hotel.
