Room Key not working. Receptionist said at 5pm, the guy will come and sort the key in 15 min... here we are at 2:30am... waiting for those 15 min.At a price point per night, there is no one to take luggage to the room, no valet, Car parking is at some distance and you have to carry the luggage by yourself though all the rubble etc., no receptionist to take care of stuff, Lift is shaky and scary, issue with room key (if I lock my room, it would not open again without someone forcing the key in some manner for which I am not trained). I know better lodges/ guest houses at 800 to 1000 price points where I could have stayed. I know much better hotels with much better views at this price point.I would suggest people to not get fooled by their gimick of concept and experience. Not giving service, but still charging for it is not called concept, however it is definitely called a bad experience.This place is not a resort. I am least interested in the pool table or the tt table. Some basic Hotel service is expected, if you are charging in that category. Lastly, access to this hotel is also very poor.

My First Solo Trip with Zostel – Safe, Supportive & Stress-Free Coming from a middle-class family where no woman ever travelled solo, this one-night trip was a big step for me. I stayed in a dorm at Zostel, and the staff made sure I felt safe—without me saying anything, they gave me a bunk in a room with either very few or just one male guest. No one bothered me, and the environment felt respectful and chill. Even after check-out, they let me hang around, use the lounge and common washroom until my train in the evening. It really helped that the guests were decent and there was a clear sense of personal space. So glad I picked Zostel for my first solo trip. No regrets at all—just a lot of learning and a little more courage.

I was given a dorm by the management when i checked-in in the morning. Then we went to the beach and returned back late in the night and saw that the our 2 dorms were given to someone else. The nightshift manager says that it was assumed that your dorm is empty so it was allocated to someone else and all our luggage was on the bed and they just kept it in some storage unit! After returning back from a tiring party we had to face all these problems and was a very bad experience! Hey Zostel! Please look into this matter!

Had an incredible stay at Zostel Anjuna. Initially, I was a bit hesitant about trying out a hostel for my solo trip, so I only booked it for one day. However, the hospitality and staff have been so exceptional that I decided to extend my stay for another two days. A special shoutout to Rabiya, the community manager, who went above and beyond to ensure the guests are engaged and she helped me discover the hidden gems of Goa. It's been such a refreshing and enriching experience.

Zostel Anjuna is located slightly distant from the main road and is in a very peaceful place. With big common area, gaming areas, cafe, swimming pool and rooftop cafe this is a lovely place to spend the vacation. Prashanth and all his team members, especially Varun, are great hosts and take good care of guests, because of their warm and friendly nature.

Zostel Morjim is must better than zostel anjuna. Its recommended to stay at Zostel Morjim. They plan everyday in evening for guest to go out with grouping and thier accommodation is also much better then zostel anjuna. Zostel Anjuna is also good but in compare zostel morjim is better as per my experience. Im travelling with my college friends.

The room was clean and spacious with all basic amenities, the bathroom was clean and maintained, overall perfect for a cozy weekend stay tucked away amidst trees. The small swimming pool was a cherry on the cake. The location is apt for exploring north goa on your moped.

Maintained Dorms & nice hostel vibe.Good & well behaved staffs.Particularly Shivangee is more helpful & cooperative.Will certainly recommend guys to hang on at Zostel Anjuna while visiting Goa. Recalled my hostel days & enjoyed with the young mass during my stay.

Clean pool, good dorms, hygienic washrooms and rooms and helpful staff. Only the thing which we didn't like is, they allowed such 2 boys that they were drunk and drinking whole night, whole night there was noise and chattering We can't sleep because of them.

zostel experience was really good ,this was my third time .. place is good n staff is really friendly , n active .. specially shivangi n shanmukha was so good ... I didn't feel even single minute bore . . my suggestion to go with zostel .

Overall stay was awesome vibe was good but please be aware near pool area. Tiles are too sharp it can cause severe injury as i have suffered the same. So please be safe and have fun. Zostel stays are always awesome.

they charge 50 for the lock on the locker which makes it just a cabinet. the dorm had no wifi signals. the ac remote was missing. no shampoo or body wash. it was definitely clean

the zostel is still under construction hence not all facilities are available. even the lift wasn't working for sometime. overall the stay was decent.
