• The offer is applicable on bookings done for Domestic flights only.
• Maximum 2 transaction cancellations allowed per card.
• Customer can avail this benefit for maximum 2 cancellation requests in the entire offer period, irrespective of the portal (other OTAs or Airline websites) through which the booking was made.Example: Customer makes 3 domestic flight bookings in the offer period - 1 booking on Portal A and 2 bookings on Goibibo respectively.If the customer has availed 1 cancellation refund request under this offer for a booking made on Portal A, they can avail cancellation refund request only for 1 booking on Goibibo.
• For Refundable tickets, the portion of ticket cost not refunded by the airlines provider/carrier will be entirely payable excluding convenience fees upto a maximum of Rs. 25,000/-
• For Non-Refundable tickets, 50% of ticket cost will be payable excluding convenience fees upto a maximum of Rs. 25,000/-
• Maximum ticket claim value for each transaction will be restricted to Rs. 25,000/-
• Connecting flights to be covered
• Cancellations will be allowed until 24 hours from scheduled departure time only.
• Reimbursement of ticket cost only, no convenience fees to be paid.
• The offer is only applicable for Retail and Business Credit cards of HDFC Bank Limited.

What all documents are needed to be submitted?
• Dully filled claim form.
• Copy of Flight Ticket.
• Proof of Flight Ticket booking confirmation through HDFC Bank Credit Card.
• Proof of Flight Ticket Cancellation by Cardholder and carrier.
Other Terms & Conditions:
• The offer is valid for flight ticket bookings done from 1st February to 28th February’2019
• Corporate Cards and Commercial Cards are excluded from the promotion.
• The feature is applicable only on Retail and Business Credit cards
• The feature is not valid on Jet Cobrand credit cards
• The feature is not valid on bookings done through Redemption of Reward points on HDFC Bank Credit cards
• Card Holder/s whose account has been classified as delinquent before or during the currency of the Program, or when the gift is to be collected, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.
• This offer is non-encashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
• Returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, EMI’s and Card Account Fees will not be considered for this offer.
• This offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
