• This is available on select tickets and is under the discretion of Goibibo to withdraw the offer anytime.
• 100% refund is promised only if the ticket does not get confirmed and remains WL. This offer is not applicable on confirmed tickets
• If the user self- cancel their 100% refund promise ticket themselves then the user would not be a part of 100% refund promise program and would get a refund which is in line with the IRCTC refund rules and Goibibo refund rules

Other Terms & Conditions:

• No Minimum transaction value is required to avail the offer.
• No conditions on travel dates.
• Discounted amount will be deducted from the total payable amount.
• Discounts will be applied right before the final payment process.
