What do you get?

• The customer will receive cashback as mentioned in the table above if the final amount paid using the card is >=INR 2000
• The offer is valid till 30th September 2019
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other HDFC Debit Card Offers.
• If customer does an online transaction of Rs 2000 or more on multiple online merchants then he will be eligible for earning 5% cashback upto Rs 500 basis the highest transaction amount. For Example, If customer uses his card on 3 merchants with 3 different transaction amounts as : Rs 2000, Rs 5000, Rs 8000 then he will first earn 5% cashback on Rs 8000 (5% cashback = 400) followed by Rs 5000  (5% cashback = 250 but will only get Rs 100 as max cashback limit reached) & will earn no cashback for 3rd transaction of Rs 2000 as the customer has reached maximum cashback cap of Rs 500.
• Maximum Cashback for this offer is Rs 500 cashback points per customer per month
• The offer is valid for bookings made on Goibibo's Website, mobile site and mobile app (Android & iOS) only

How do you get it?

• Cashback points will be posted within 90 days from the end of transaction month
• Cashback point proceeds shall be posted to customer's Debit Card linked account after 90 days from the month of transaction. Customer will need to redeem these Cashback points by logging into NetBanking or calling PhoneBanking and request for redemption of the Cashback points. Every 1 Cashback Point is equal to Re.1
• 48 hours post request for redemption of Cashback points, the equivalent amount shall be credited to the customer primary account Linked to the Debit Card only
• Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional CashBack Offer, may be borne by the Debit Card holder / winner
• Promotional Cashback points earned will be valid for redemption for 12 months, post which the same will expire.
• The cashback points accumulated can be redeemed as below:
  • Through NetBanking:   Cards> Debit Cards > Enquire> CashBack Enquiry and Redemption> Account Number> Continue> Input the CashBack amount 
  • Through PhoneBanking
• Only approved and validated spend/ transaction / payment / purchase made using HDFC Bank Debit Card shall be eligible for the Cashback points. Cancelled / Returned Transactions shall not be eligible for the Cashback offer. No Offer clubbing shall be permitted.

What else do you need to know?

• Any fraudulent transaction shall not be considered for the promotional Cashback offer
• HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or.
• HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
• This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
• Cashback will only be posted for live accounts. Customers closing their accounts before fulfillment date of cashback will not be eligible for cashback
• Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Valid for Indian Citizens and residents only
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfillment date. Post such date; the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
• Any TAT committed with respect to posting of Reward Points/ CashBack for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.
• In case of delay in posting or non-posting of Reward Points/ CashBack if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the Reward points/ CashBack posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C. 

Conditions in case of cancellation

• Offer is not applicable in case of partial/full cancellations.

Other Terms & Conditions:

• Offer is valid only on HDFC Debit Cards only.
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims
• Goibibo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount
• In no event the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply
• The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein
