What do you get?

• 10% cashback (points) on Domestic OR International Flight booking as per the details mentioned above
• Every 1 Cashback Point is equal to Re.1
• Cash Back points will be credited to the customer’s Account linked to the card within 60 Days after the expiry of the offer period provided the customers relevant Account is active)
• Discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased eg: meals, insurance)

How do you get it?

• To avail the offer, customer must enter the code ‘GOHDFCDC’ in the E-Coupon field
• The offer is valid for bookings made on Goibibo's website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App
• The offer is valid for 1 booking per card throughout the offer period. If the customer has availed the offer on Domestic Flights, then he/she will not be eligible for the International Flights Offer
• Customer will need to redeem these Cashback points by logging into NetBanking or calling PhoneBanking and request for redemption of the Cashback points.
• Through NetBanking: Cards---> Debit Cards ---> Enquire---> CashBack Enquiry and Redemption---> Account Number---> Continue---> Input the CashBack amount
• Through PhoneBanking
• The cashback points accumulated can be redeemed as below:
• 48 hours post request for redemption of Cashback points, the equivalent amount shall be credited to the customer primary account Linked to the Debit Card only
• Customers who have qualified for the cashback will receive an exclusive communication from HDFC Bank as and when the cashback points are dispersed
• All queries with regards to the Cashback Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to 60 days from the date of the cashback credit into the customer's account
• Promotional Cashback points earned will be valid for redemption for 12 months, post which the same will expire with prior communication to the customer (1 month in advance)

What else do you need to know?

• Offer is not applicable on payments made through Goibibo Wallet (3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal, Pay at Hotel, Google Pay, Reserve now pay later and net banking payments)
• Offer is valid on select hotels only
• Customer cannot use gocash & goCash+ balance with the offer
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Goibibo
• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, Goibibo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply

Other Terms & Conditions:

• If the Cardholder doesn't receive the discount, he/she can claim for the same within 1 month from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for any discount
• Instant discount is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by HDFC Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by HDFC Bank to Goibibo, then the cardholder shall approach HDFC Bank and HDFC Bank shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims
• Goibibo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In no event the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply
• The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein
