What do you get?

GIFBIG5 / GIHBIG5

• Customer will receive 5% Cashback (as per the details mentioned in the above table) on booking paid through HDFC Bank Debit card only on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• Cash back will be posted within 75 working days of closure of calendar month of transaction. For ex: If transaction is done in 15th June 2018, cashback will be posted within 75 working days from 30th June 2018.

HDFC5X / HDFCH5X

• This offer entitles every eligible user 5X reward points on Goibibo using HDFC Bank Retail Credit Cards except HDFC Jet cobranded card.
• Bonus Reward points will be credited to the customer’s credit card account within 90 days after of the transaction month provided the customer’s relevant HDFC Bank Credit Card Account is active and non-delinquent. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized / fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this Offer.

How do you get it?

• This Offer valid only on HDFC Bank Debit Cards Only
• To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon GIFBIG5 (in case of Flights), GIHBIG5 (in case of Hotels) in the E-Coupon field before making the payment through HDFC Bank Debit card
• Cashback will be credited in form of cashback points into customer’s Net Banking account
• Value of each cashback point is Re 1 i.e. 1 cashback point = 1 Rupee
• Customer needs to redeem the cashback either by logging into Net Banking or calling phone banking. Cashback will credited to Savings/Salary or current account within 48 Hours of request for redemption.
• Offer is not applicable on Netsafe, Netbanking and HDFC Jet Co-Branded card
• The cashback offer is valid for only 1 booking per card per booking type per week i.e. maximum of 1 booking under Domestic Flights, International Flights, Domestic Hotels and International Hotels only.
• The offer is valid for bookings made on Goibibo's website, Android & iOS App only
• This offer is not valid on EMI and net banking payments
• The offer is valid on Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 5th July till 31st Dec 2018 (both days included)
• This offer is not valid on multi city flights. These flights are booked through multi-city tab on website

HDFC5X / HDFCH5X

• To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon HDFC5X in the E-Coupon field before making the payment through HDFC Credit card
• The offer shall be valid till March 31, 2019.
• 5X reward point program will be valid only on Domestic & International Flights, Domestic & International Hotels.
• The program would not be valid for Holiday (both online and offline), Bus & Rail bookings.
• This offer is not valid on multi city flights. These flights are booked through multi-city tab on website

How to redeem cashback points?

GIFBIG5 / GIHBIG5

• Login to Netbanking> Click on Card Tab > Enquire > Cashback Enquiry and Redemption > Mention no of points to you want to redeem OR
• Call HDFC Bank Customer Support to raise request to redeem your cashback points

What else do you need to know?

GIFBIG5 / GIHBIG5

• Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (Goibibo Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, COD, EMI, Pay Pal.
• Customer cannot use goCash & goCash+ wallet balance with this offer
• Cashback will be calculated on Booking amount exclusive of convenience fee, Insurance, Zero Cancellation Protection & Ancillaries fee

• The offer can be availed from Goibibo’s website, mobile site and App.
• The 5X reward point program will be valid on regular and easy EMI transactions.
• This offer is not valid on Corporate & Commercial Credit Cards.
• Offer shall be valid only on Retail cards where reward points feature is available.
• Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (Goibibo Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, COD, EMI, Pay Pal.

Conditions in case of cancellation

GIFBIG5 / GIHBIG5

• In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the offer
• The Customer shall not be entitled to cashback in the event of cancellation of booking. Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the cashback amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty

HDFC5X / HDFCH5X

• In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the offer
• The Customer shall not be entitled to reward points in the event of cancellation of booking. Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty

Other Terms & Conditions:

• If the Cardholder doesn't receive the cashback, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for any cashback
• Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by HDFC Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by HDFC Bank to Goibibo, then the cardholder shall approach HDFC Bank and HDFC Bank shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Goibibo
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims
• Goibibo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• Goibibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount
• In no event the entire liability of Goibibo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• Goibibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply
• The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein
