on BOARD Experience was very bad, since KTCL bus was one hour delayed and moreover the conductor of bus was not lifting the phone so as to give us the updates about the bus status. hence that was very irritating situation. otherwise the driver drive the bus very smoothly and softly and we reached on time although it was delayed from boarding point. regards
