We,a couple,stayed in Gold category room from 5 June to 10 June 2025.Our experience right from check in to check out was smooth and absolutely hassle free.Room was spacious and nicely maintained.House keeping was top notch.Hotel is centrally located and all tourist spots are quite accessible such as Botanical Garden is 0.9 Km,Rose Garden is 1.5 Km away.A2B has a wonderful vegetarian in house restaurant.We didn't opted for complimentary breakfast but the hotel was gracious enough to grant us complimentary breakfast.I highly recommend this hotel.

We had great experience at A2B. Location is perfect, for people who like to roam and explore Ooty, as it is at the centre of the town. The restaurant is very good for delicious Veg food, though a bit crowded on week ends. Hotel team took care of us very well, is very polite and courteous and handled every need of us. Selvaraj needs special mention... Keep it up guys.... Location and the Service by team are excellent.

I strongly remocommend A2B Residency OOTY to family customerscbecause really room prices are affordable and I will give 5 star for A2B rooms hygiene and cleanliness and they. really treat customer as King ...Big thanks Kingsly and Filiex both of them always supportive from check in till checkout

Very good hotel and service!! Reception staff and others are their best behaviours, very attentive and co-operative nature. Restaurant is quite crowdy always but I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. thank you very much GOIBIBO team and hotel for making this journey smooth going!! 😀

amazing room with clean and neat maintenance. and also with beautyful view from balcony. kindful staffs..good room service.. as a couple we spent more time in balcony with chilling mode and njoyed the view.

Amazing experience. Staffs are nice and speak all languages. Best location in the heart of the Ooty makes it easy to travel. All major destinations are withing 4 km. Parking available.

The stay at A2B was good but there were no room heaters. As the temperatures were dropping, we felt chills. The only improvement point is having room heaters.
