This is one hotel which i have been staying for the past 30 plus years during my visits to Madurai. I selected it for its proximity to the station/bus stand/ temples etc. Earlier the rooms were neat and service decent . But since a couple of years things have taken a downturn and there is no maintenance . Rooms are not swept and cleaned, bathrooms dirty and service pathetic. This is one hotel which should have really succeeded because of its wonderful location etc. but i wonder at the indifference of the management in maintaining it properly. Anyway we stayed only one night but not quite happy. Food is excellent for which i must rate it high. I request the management to bring back its past glory.🙏🏼
