Pathetic service. Incompetent staff. Worst owner - not fit to be called human. Only good thing is room considering it is new. I would not recommend to anyone to avoid harrassment from the Hotel staff and management. Please take alternate hotels instead near to Aarti Villa. Heater does not work properly as the electricity keeps on tripping. ID proof was not returned. I am still chasing the hotel for returning the same. They are not picking calls, and blocking numbers. Please avoid this property to avoid harrassment.

Hotel is Good, But inexperienced staffs. Geyser for hot water doesn't work properly due to low voltage in morning hrs, Faced many issues for hot water during my stay. Dirty water flows all over in front of Hotel. Complementary breakfast was ok. Hotel is 2kms away from Mall road. Taxi will take approx 200 rs and auto will take 150. Good for low budget.

No hot water in the geyser, Mr. bharagwaj did not even provided a hot water bucket in alternative. Very rude behaviour and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend the stay here.

Property is well maintained and the rooms are very gud . Balcony of the room has good sunny view . They provide almost all amenities in room like kettle etc. we had good time.

Good food and nice location all staff are family friendly. Distance from mall road is 2 km aproxx. nice experience.
