1. when we checked in, all linens were dirty and may be after last guest check out they were not replaced. 2. toilet seat was dirty, the electric kettle was dirty. i felt this property has no interest in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. 3. breakfast is expensive and quantity is very less. only 02 pcs small sized puris and a little curry for rs.70. and a not properly made alu paratha with some curry for rs.140/-. with the kind of standard this hotel has, it doesn't worth to have breakfast here. 4. we found a rubber band in the curry which was served with alu paratha, on informing reception they just smiled and got busy with mobile. 5. main issue is improper supervision and untrained staff. i do not recommend this hotel.

It was my First Solo travel to shillong though I travel 🧳 All over India for my office work but when it came to Shillong it was a more than awesome to stay and Abode... The place is located at a central location very near to Police Bazar and easily accessible to St Mary's Church and Central library... The best part is when you need something it's them who reminds you you needed something not you who has to tell I need so and so... being a regular traveler Staff behaviour was just more than awesome...simply a great stay I stayed here for 2 nights and will visit again...and recommendations are for everyone... below average. rooms were very small. were dirty. Seepage in bathroom ceiling and room walls. Also, the breakfast was included in our room rent. but on enquiry, they firstly said that breakfast not included but when we shown then the accepted that breakfast is included but they started giving excuses that there is market close and it would be difficult to provide breakfast. when we strongly insisted, then only they provided poor quality tea along with two very small sized bread for each. very bad experience I had with them..room sizeroom cleaning breakfast servicelaundry uncleanness

The hotel staff were highly miserable. No one was there to attend us at the reception. The tap water was dirty. No drinking water in the room. Highly incompetent, uncooperative and disgusting staff. We witnessed the last level of hospitality here. Very small room size. Staffs were busy playing games on phone instead of replying to our queries. We had to leave early in the morning, but there was nobody in the reception and doors were locked, we had to search for staff make them awake for opening doors, we got our journey delayed by 30 minutes just because of their carelessness.

very bad experience ,first hotel is situated above royal enfield showroom so feeling like living in garrage,second stairs are too sleepery no lift facilities ,room size is too mich small, staffs are not helping ,there is no restaurent inside .its just like general lodge where very small rooms are available at this much price . you will heard adjacent rooms bathromm flushing sounds etc etc so very unsatisfactory stay at this this too mich price .not satisfied with servicez .

New hotel, neat and clean 👌 rooms and washroom. But the hotel is still under construction.So we have faced major issues with regular water and hot water supply . After repeated complains we got hot water in our bathroom. No TV channels were there. After complaining for two consecutive days, the hotel manager has provided us with two channels of our choice . So overall maintenance is poor .

Even though price friendly hotel, the water for bathroom is completely spoiled with dusty and turbid. No water heater and charging extra for room warmer. They provide 1 litre complementary water bottle only on first day. I stayed 4 days but they charged me for 3 days. Wont recommend for business trips because u wont get the basic amenities for making u rest after business meetings

Room size 6x8 ft. Like a match box. Dirty linen. Full of mosqotoes. No power back up. No hot water in the morning. It is like prison with no one to help. Not even one inch space between bed and wall. Have no kitchen. And donot allow outside food. Silly. When you order they will provide you dirtiest food with Rs. 100 service charge. Never book with these thieves.

Not good hotel. Bed sheets and pillows were dirty, bathroom ceiling leaking from the room above. I had to get the room changed.No mineral water, tea kit or cups in rooms. I had to ask for everything. Place felt shady for travels with family. Till 2 am screaming noise of girls could be heard from rooms above. Pathetic experience. Not at all suggested for family.

Small rooms with very basic facilities and lot of noise all time around in the reception...not sure if it's one of the days or a regular feature ..good for corporate one or two days stay only...they serve only tea and not cookies as they mention while on booking .

I booked this hotel for my relatives and it's the worst hotel given the price they have charged. The cost of room is 3500 and they are charging almost double of it. They provided used towels. Also there is no parking and restaurant. I would not recommend to stay.

Room is okay but the gaps between the doors and the floors should not be there as this is and moisture based region , it definitely gives a bitter experience to the boarder . Staff behavior and cooperative nature of everyone .

Rooms were so congested that there is literally any space after bed in the room. you can't even sit properly on the toilet seat. The door lock was also not working properly. It was a very horrible experience. No parking space.

Not at all worth it they don't have AC working in the room also there is no remote for AC. TV is also not working and the rooms are extremely small in size as compared to the photos for the delux room

Locality is good, nearby civil hospital. Staff is very cooperative. Room size is little bit small but overall good experience
