Horrible service. Rude owner and staff. My kids have to carry heavy bags 2 floors. No lift and no service. bathroom also broken, old tiles. Owner said we just provide rooms and no service, not even parking although it says free parking and 24 by 7 room service. No drinking water also available except paid bottles. No Tea coffee also. U need to go outside and self service. Worst experience of my life. Will not recommend anyone.owner talking rude to my family. scolding with loud voice.

Hotel room is clean. Their service is not good. No hot water, no iron box, no extra chair (if needed). No extra time, not even 10/20 minutes

hotel stay was very nice, and comfortable. look forward to stay next time .cheap rate, neat etc..i would to like to travel all the beautiful places in the venice of the East. house boat journey was vey nice near to hotel around 1.5 km distance to punnamada starting point.the food with fish curry meals in Kerala style was delicious.other main attractions are alappuzha light House and beach.overall it was amazing.

Rooms are bit tiny but clean and safe. there is no private parking and hot water supply is not functional.They arranged hot water to room. booked two ac rooms and one room's ac was old but its working properly. There is not lift, its a big negative , i got rooms in third floor and its not easy to reach by stairs.Owner and staffs are very good and available 24/7.

neat and tidy, centre of the city, easy access to beach, restaurants, theatre, shopping etc. worth stay at this price as we got that much spacious room we ever had at alleppy. calm and quiet place, frendly staff, we had a walk around the corner to hav food, shopping etc. everything walkable distance

So neat and clean. All tea shops and foods available by walking distance. Liquor and smoking no problem. Only issue is no hot water. Beds are so fresh and well cushion effect. Perfect sleep on last night. Bathroom is so neat and clean. Staffs are good.
