It a horrible experience. it was a 3 star hotel. If I rate according to the experience we had, it is a no star hotel with zero maintenance.We had booked two DELUXE rooms.1. Water leakage from bathroom ceiling.2. Water logging in the bathroom basin.3. Fungal growth on the bathroom walllo.4. Smelly rooms5. Intercom not in a working condition6. Kettle was not provided initially, upon asking one person utterly misbehaved. Though finally provided the kettle.7. Rat nuisance inside the room8. Uncomfortable mattress9. No autolock in the room, only tower bolt (chitkani) is there.10. AC remote not in a working condition.11. They have provided bathtub in the bathroom which is not cleaned properly, so could not take bath even.12. There was no geyser in the bathroom.What I felt is that even though they have few things available like kettle, dental kit, etc, they will not provide it intentionally. Only thing they will say that this alll are available for our premium rooms whereas it all are there in the inclusions.Somehow we just spent one night. Even couldn't not get proper sleep there.
