it's not a resort, it's a guest house, very worst experience, very costly, no service, no TV, no dustbin, no soap, staff not response, rooms are very dirty, they charged for third class service and rooms, rooms are very dirty, environment is not good for family and couples.If you want to spoil your tour then go to this guest house. there is no option for zero rating Other wise I would have given it a zero rating.

it was a nice stay in the hotel ,which is just 50 mtr away from the calangute beach.with a scenic view .
