location is fantastic all touristic places are nearby including cave garden, zoo,view points,naini lake.you can easily visit these places by foot if u want.hotel is also good views from hotel are great make sure to ask them to give you a balcony room for a spectacular view doubld room wasn't that big but it is ok to stay in that.staff behaciour was very good they are quite humble,helpful and responsive overall this is a good hotel to stay if u are looking for budhet hotels.

Very dirty hotel , Photo on your **** dose not match on ground. Though the service of hotel staff is good but that of *****Team is very reluctant, pathetic & poor. Hope I will think thrice, to go for a business with****Team in future. Regards Lipika

location is the best thing to be noticed. it is about 5-10min walking distance from the nainital lake. room that i booked was good but small, gud for bachelors i wud suggest. hotel staff is very supportive also.

very very basic hotel with common bathroom. only for solo travelers with a budget constraint. location is very central though. not recommended for families or couples.
