This place is amazing if you are looking for a stay in Chennai no matter the duration, you have a biriyani restaurant next to the reception, that tastes so good!! Second, is the room, it feels premium, with the warm lighting and the ambiance feels classy. The AC works well, there's an intercom number display stand that has all the numbers, for instance, spa, room service, housekeeping, maintenance, and reception. Overall, this hotel is first-class. Just opt for it, you'll never regret.

room was fine but bed sheet was ripped off and not in a good condition. water for taking bath was too hot only and i could just manage to take bath. i tried all options in bathroom, but water was coming too hot only. kettle was there for hot water although i didn’t use as there was no item for making tea. room was ok with respect to space. there is nothing like deluxe superior or deluxe elite, it is deluxe and standard room only. staff in the hotel was fine.

The location of the property is easy to find & the food of the property is good. Bathrooms need to be improved or need renovation but the overall experience is pleasant. As a business traveller, it's the best location you can get in chennai, because this property is in the middle of Chennai. All the markets/Mandi is nearer and can find good food options locally & at restaurants also.

Easy to access Hotel from Chennai Central & Egmore station. Hotel is very pleasant and Room also very neat and clean.Hair dryer is not available in wash room .But some little sounds came form A/C While running but Room is super clooing . Staff also polite responsible. Hotel food taste is excellent. over all excellent.

the toilests are not regularly clean. after entering in the room requested to get one freshner and thatbis the last time i found someone to provide any room service.The room has no proper ventilation...Restaurent is also not clean. The only plus point is the location of such prperty.

Don't go for Standard Rooms, they kept AC and Fan far away from Bed. There is no proper Room planning. Even if you turn on both, you feel no use of it. TV, AC remotes are also not working, both are broken. this is on Room no 102

My stay at Arunaachalaa Residency was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and considerate. Venkatesh , the executive at the front office, was very polite and obliging and made my stay a memorable one.
