Just go ahead and book it. Iam a fussy traveller when it comes to hygiene, veg food ,location, service etc but I was not disappointed,I will book my next stay at Madurai again at this place. This is a very good place: its within the city about 4 km from Meenakshi temple catch an auto for Rs 150,clean homestay with clean rooms, hospitable smiling and helpful reception attendants ever smiling Ram and Meena (Ram went out of his way to book a place for my driver),4 cars can be parked with street parking availability (driver stay not available), free wi-fi. Its 1 medium sized building maintained well,the entrance light is well lit in the evening. I stayed with another friend in 2 single rooms for 2 nights,it was very comfortable peaceful stay with TV and AC, toilets were clean. Located on a busy road didnt hear road noise as my room was on the other side. The only drawback being that they do not have Food, they can consider atleast having breakfast, they provide machine coffee which is not good! I suppose there are a couple of good eating options if you are a non-vegetarian, only 1 veg hotel named Sapthagiri which is 2mins walk which is ok only for south Indian breakfast, though on a busy road within the city I could spot only 1 veg hotel in walking distance. There were 2 good Veg restaurants Sree Sabarees and Amman Family Veg restaurant about 3 kms away. Safe for family stay.Iam glad i read the reviews here and booked it.Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Highly Recommended Stay at Avea Accommodation! I had an excellent experience at Avea Accommodation. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable stay. The reception staff was extremely polite, cooperative, and always ready to assist, which made the check-in and overall experience smooth. The property is well-managed and offers a great ambiance. The only minor drawback is the lack of food facilities, but apart from that, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to everyone without any hesitation!

Wonderful Stay at Avea Accommodation! My stay at Avea Accommodation was truly enjoyable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Nice and clean hotel. the second floor deluxe room we stayed in had a small balcony. The common areas are kept very clean and well maintained. No lift btw. But that is in the ad so we knew that already Nice and clean. The balcony and the greenery was a plus
