Had a nice time staying here. Pros: 1. The rooms are big with ample space to unpack your luggage properly. 2. The view from the balcony is amazing. One can sit for hours and enjoy the beauty of nature. 3. The staff is friendly, courteous and quick. 4. The food is probably the best in Munnar. They have a north-Indian cook who cooks delicious north and south Indian food. 5. The complimentary breakfast has limited options, but the taste is amazing. One can have a heavy breakfast before going out for the day. 6. Washrooms are clean with 24 hours hot water supply. Cons: 1. Instead of making a tall building, the structure is built in line with the mountain slopes. So not exactly a drawback, as it preserves the natural feel of mountain, but because of it one has to climb a lot of steps to reach the rooms and has limited parking space. 2. The rooms need maintenance and a fresh whitewash. The rooms are a bit damp, so some room-freshener is also advised. Overall a great value for money hotel. The location is a bit away from the main town and a little warmer. If one needs a relaxing vacation closer to the nature, it’s a good option. Suggestions for visitors: Being in the heart of nature, you may find a lot of insects in the night as well. So keep your room closed properly after sunset.

Wonderful Experience overall. The customer service offered from Mr.Rajeev(Manager) and staff there is highly appreciable. If anybody looking for a small/medium budget stay, Bella vista is highly recommended..It is one among the calm and nature friendly resorts in Munnar. Totallt satisfied with the stay here. The ambience of the resort and privacy eqch cottage is having is the thing that attracts most.

Had a wonderful stay. The person at the reception was very humble and kind and spoke good English. The location of the hotel is very scenic. The tea gardens are just a few minutes away. The munnar main market is 7-8 km away though. The only suggestion would be that the food in the hotel is average and could have been improved.

Room and clean Ness wise resort good. We enjoyed a lot everything is good in this resort.Breakfast awesome. Water bottle cost tomuch which is 19 rupees MRP in my bill they mentioned 40 rupees and don't go for coffee and tea this also two much cost.food little sweet we have to say while order spicy...

The cottage rooms are excellent and better than deluxe rooms they offer. No need to select complimentary breakfast if you want to taste the kerla specials like appam, putu, etc.,as they provide regular items like dosa, puri etc.,

The stay was pleasant. We went in a group of around 15 and the staff welcomed us warmly. The room service was upto the mark and so is the food. They also provide extra services on demand like campfire and DJ setup and Safari.
