I am based in Mumbai and I am visiting Delhi for business purposes. During my fourth visit to Delhi, I found the Bloom boutique hotel for my three-night stay in the same area near Connaught Place. The experience I have had with this hotel is excellent in terms of all the amenities provided by the hotel as well as the staff, I must say that they are very polite and responsive. Additionally, complimentary water bottles, soda water, and other juices are kept in the fridge near reception for our convenience. You do not have to dial a number to order anything from the hotel, you can simply send a text message on the chat service and you will receive a quick response from the hotel (e.g. hairdryer, iron & board, WiFi, oral kit and shaving kit, etc.). Overall, I found this to be one of the most relaxing stays in my four visits to Delhi. For my upcoming visits to Delhi, I would like to stay at the same hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. With the yellow theme, it looks chic and unique. The staff is polite and courteous. It's a new hotel so everything is new and fresh here. Very clean and hygienic. No-nonsense room, sufficiency spacious. Decent bathroom and amenities. I have stayed here for a business trip, so I needed this kind of hotel only, which provides comfort after a hectic day. The location is also good and peaceful. Food options are limited but fulsome and tasty. Would love to stay here again. Simplicity, no-nonsense approach and comfort.

One of the worst experiences to stay in this hotel. Ist they give Rooms no. 305. In 3rd floor Paint is doing. All floor is smelling with paint. There after they change and give room no. 108. In that TV is not working. I ask to change but they not provided. All new staff and they do not experience for how they provide services. TV is not working. Staff is shortage. Service is not available. Toiletries (Toothpaste, cream, shaving kit etc.) item is not available.

Experience wise it was very warm and pleasant and location is also very good for travel. Theme of hotel is yellow and white which is followed everywhere in hotel But as per the price point it is little on higher side. All in all experience is very good Location and bright colour theme of hotel which give a happy feeling and location is also very convenient

Enjoyed my stay at Bloom Boutique Connaught Place! The location is definitely the main highlight, right in the heart of the city. The staffs were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. while the hotel feels a little old it's still well maintained and offers good value.

We stayed two nights on 20 & 21 Dec 2024. We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The Breakfast although limited but filling, considering the price. The staff very helpful. hotel location well connected , close to metro.
