Bluelily Beach Resort

The location is a bit away from the hustle bustle of swarga dear, however, you will find auto rickshaws parked just outside the hotel. The beach is at a distance of 5 min walking from the hotel and it's very clean . I had booked my room at this resort from 26 sep 17 to 29 sep 17. I was a bit circumspective about the overall quality of service and infrastructure of the hotel before arriving there, because there were a few misleading reviews. I drove all the way from Kolkata and reached there at around 3.30pm. On arrival, I had requested for a pool side room. My request was promptly obliged and was allotted room no.1115, just opposite the pool. The room was huge with all amenities intact. It had an extra bed, which was a pleasant surprise. Toilet was quite big with required toiletries provided. We were provided with tea maker and tea and coffee making kit. Those were replenished every day by housekeeping staff. Only thing missing was the welcome drink, however, would really excuse them because of the cordial behaviour of the staff and excellent room and housekeeping service. The pool was very well maintained. A touch of advice, please provide some playing items like rubber tubes and plastic balls for kids. 02 deflated footballs are quite inadequate, keeping in mind the number of guests residing in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was sumptuous and had a lot of variety. The serving staff were very cordial and obliged to all sorts of requests. Moreover, there were adequate staff to look after the guests. Room service was quite prompt, however, the price of food was quite exorbitant. Its, understandable, considering the standard of resort. However, couldn't understand the reason behind charging Rs 40/- for a single piece of Tawa Roti.The preparations were very good and menu was elaborate. The rooms were cleaned daily and guests were provided with fresh bottles of packaged drinking water. I am really thankfull to Blue Lily Resort for making my trip cherishable.

recommended for a outing plan for family esp with kids...for there is a beautiful lawn swimming pool for kids...garden..balcony. stay is pleasant private ambience wise awesome nice breeze from beach... although no beach view or no private beach.. standard wise ok...rooms are clean ..service is satisfying..simple clear.can choose for weekend plans.safe for girls.food is of good standard bar is not there only service is available...value for money negative part...little distance from main road.. mattress was uncomfortable...I hated it..

I stayed at the Blue Lily Resort in Puri for couple of days. The resort is lovely with brilliant service. The only little drawback is it's a bit far from the beach. Though that's not a fault of the resort, just my choice of play to stay. I would recommend this resort to anyone who wishes to have a pleasant stay in Puri.

Excellent stay experience . Friendly and hospitable staff. Spacious rooms. Lot of parking. Good food. Lots of families visit this place. Chk out time at 8am is bit early. It should be at least 10am Friendly atmosphere
