The hostel is nothing like how it's in the photos. It's dark and gloomy, small, not very clean and located in some top floor in a very old apartment crowded with many residential flats and shops/businesses alike. The lift to get to the hostel floor is again very old, shaky and feels like it could just get cut off and drop in freefall anytime. Would not recommend it and please don't go by the looks of it.

The property is located nearby Maidan metro station in Kanchana building 14th floor. The layout of the hostel is nice. And the views of Kolkata from the rooms is great. Rooms are small in size but cosy. Bathrooms needed repair. Very few people were there on the property and a certain renovation is needed of the property. Overall good stay.

The host is super nice and friendly. She keeps the area clean. There’s a nice balcony here as well, you can relax and chill with other travellers. The host was nice enough to allow me extra 2 hours as I needed some sleep. Recommended 10/10 for solo budget travellers.

Ot was good experience, host Rahul was also very supportive n cool guy. Aprt from service, they are keeping ac on only from 8 pm to 10 am, they should allow to use any time, rest everything was good

Experience was good. I make so many new friends here. Staff behaviour was good. There is kitchen available, Who can cook so he make is own food here. Smoking area is a balcony at 14th floor.

Pathetic stay. Half of the things don't work. Dirty. Egoistic property manager. No locks in rooms and storage boxes. Breakfast was inedible too. Only good thing is the location.

No pics taken Last stay bed linen, mattresses etc were not very clean and comfortable. This must be looked into and improved. Rest of the things were fine.
