Very mixed feedback for this place. I had booked a cottage for 3 nights. Even though the staff was very sweet, helpful and courteous, there were certain electricity problems which had occurred due to rains. They have an inverter for back-up but it won't support AC and pressure pump in bathroom leading to low flow of water. This could be a very rare and unfortunate situation but I decided to cut short my stay there. I went and met Keith and expressed my situation. The complete payment was done in advance, and without me asking for anything Keith apologized for the situation and refunded one day's rent which was fair for both the parties. The owners are very generous and down-to-earth people. I had some issue with my Harley, so Keith suggested me the right person to contact. Keith provided his phone no. for any help I would need during my stay in Goa. About the property - Very well maintained. The location is superb. Staff will arrange for 2-wheelers at your doorstep. View of river Mandovi is very beautiful.

Extraordinary cottages with nice location, just on the banks of river mandovi. The property has only 2 ac cottages with a jaccuzi / private pool. If u r able to book both cottages, u can enjoy the property by yourself. Complimentary breakfast is available. Subash received us very well and made all the arrangements for our comfortable stay. U can spend the entire evening watching cruises and casinos right infront of u. There is a free ferry just beside the property which takes u to panjim. We have spent most of the time in jaccuzi. There r no restrictions in the property, I definitely recommend these cottages if u want to spend a relaxing day in goa away from beach.

Excellent facility with tow cottage and Jacuzzi which can be used for swimming pool. River front view will make you more relaxed after tired Goa hunting at sea beaches and market. Specially location and ambient makes it more valuable. if going with family i dont see any other option. Any time from now if i will be visiting Goa it must be this only.

nice stay...though a bit difficult to find as there are no sign boards but close to betim ferry point near sanjay bar and resturant... view from the room is mesmerising..comfortable wooden cottages with airconditioning..washroom also good with all aminities..good caretaker great privacy as there are just two cottages on the property....

I can sum up the review in one line i.e. "Value for Money". The cottages are located at a very good location, not far from the Goan Capital City Panjim (Just a river in between which can be crossed by the ferry or bridge) and not very near to spoil the holiday. Staff at the cottages is very good and helpful. Very neat & clean.

Best place to stay in Goa with a very amazing view of the river mandovi. Property has two cottagges and more like a home away from home. Staff working in the property are superb. You can get liqour easily nearby in wholesales rates. Opposite to casino pride 2 and big daddy casino.

the other male caretaker was very pokie, made us feel very uncomfortable, in the night, eventually we had to go inside the cottage and lock ourselves, every time coming and disturbing us. overall the cottage is superb but he spoiled the night.

Property is pretty nice but its located a bit away from the main lane so to navigate the hotel is bit hard, even the sign boards has not been provided. Apart from that everything worked good and i got a good stay.
