staff was good but service was very poor,I have to dreg all my bags because no lift issue,then next day I have to leave early but hot water was not coming in bathroom,I have called the staff 5 times for hot water then I have to leave without hot water,and I got late for my booking on my trip

my goa plan was awesome but the beds were not clean . it was stained. The fridge was not working properly after giving several complaints but no action was taken... I will not prefer to inform to stay here again.......

Only room alone clean. worth of money. Balance all waste. breakfast is waste, ac remote not working. towel is not clean. extra one person rs 1500 they charged. very expensive.

Rude behaviour by owner room was not as per picture breakfast only one option provide and its not testy food. Bahut hi ghatiya tha. Koi mat jana bekar hai
