We faced very pathetic condition. in charge of that hotel Mr. paresh's behaviour was very bad not only with us bt the other guest also very harrassed with his behavior. tv is not working, even lights of our rooms get off, we inform Mr.paresh several time bt he dont do anything. he is a very rude and misbehaved person. i along my wife who done surgery yesterday come back to hotel and asked him for the another room to shift where lights r present, at first he said ok i will reserve the room for u, bt after 20 min later he said it was booked yesterday. how thats possible?is he mad or something else? for his mismanagemnt and behaviour i leave the hotel and shifted to another one with my ill wife. i will not recommed to anyone to go to that hotel at all.

The rate is too high in compare to the category of this hotel. It's not at all hotel. Only 4 rooms in a flat renovated to rent out as hotel. No sepearte room service, restaurant. Only one care taker who is doing all. Inside room space is very less, foul smell in toilet. Foul smell comes from out side when window are open. No hall, no common space looks like pigeon hall in ground floor. No tea table inside the room. The one and only attendent prepare simple meals but rate is too high like other good reataurants which is not at all justified. There are so many hotels at lower price nearby with all amenities of a good hotel. The justified rate should be less than 1500 per day.

I am very happy with the service and the cleanliness of the apartment. Specially the caregiver Bishnu ji was wonderful. Whenever I shall go to Chennai this will be my first priority.
