life is about ups and downs. and so has been my experience with casa. the last time i put up here 2 weeks back, i didn't like the room and washroom allotted to me. this time the staff made up for that experience above and beyond. once i checked in to my room, the receptionist called me from the reception to ask and ensure if everything was alright. it is this warm behaviour and personal touch that makes all the difference and i shall be coming back for the same :)

I am a repeat customer so I don't need to say anything extra. You can look at my previous review. They even upgraded me to a bigger room yesterday without me asking. the lift is very very slow and narrow, the elevated nature of commodes in the washroom is inconvenient. And for cleanliness, maybe then can improve the maintenance of the room walls, paintings and stuff. Rest all cool :)

The hotel is in a good location near Golpark. The reception desk freely upgraded our stay. The room size was good and the washroom was nice. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The maintenance of the room could have been better. I recommend staying at this property.

it was a very good stay as usual...it was our third time staying here...but this time the room we got was smaller and sofa was not there.. anyway staff's were very courteous and hoping to visit again soon.
