STAY WAS GOOD FOOD QUALITY IS GREAT. ONLY GLITCH WAS 1 . Deluxe Room should mention NonAC . Also in picture its showing Ac in amenities Ac was not mentioned. Staff behaviour is good . When asked for Mineral Water only one bottle provided for 2 adults on asking why one the lady who seems bit rude sometimes sitting at reception said abhi mere paas 1 hi hai .a bit unprofessional.That lady should be removed or a gentleman needs to be placed at reception.else all staff behaviour is good Hotel connectivity is at centre and its at walking distance from Solan Railway station Room provided next day was better ventilated Great customer service by Goibibo Team Thank You

Staff & Hospitality is very good. Rooms are good,,, but blankets were dirty. Hotel staff is very polite especially the staff at room service ensures our comfortable stay at hotel,,, all are very polite & friendly. Outdoors have good views of Valley. Food is good but a bit expensive. Hotel is easily accessible to nearby tourist places. Overall good experience with Hotel City Heights, all credit to staff at room service👍

This Hotel is a modest hotel, with a fantastic location right in the middle of the town. It has a café, called CAFE 7 which is better known because the hotel itself has just 18-20 rooms on the fourth floor along with good conference facilities. But the quality of the rooms and the friendly, helpful staff is just a terrific surprise for such a nondescript hotel. Easily my best Goibibo stay till now!!!

Air-condition fitted is with heater but in one room heating is proper while in another room 102 heating option not working its giving child air is such cold weather. We informed to hotel person to do proper setting but no response. No person at front desk also.

Experience was good. Rooms are good in size. View from terrace is excellent. Food prices are also reasonable and tasty food. Would love to stay again in future. Management is also very good.
