I have booked 1 deluxe room with balcony for 2 nights and I will rate my stay at this room was BAD. Below are the reasons with the attached pictures. 1. Room was not clean. 2. Bed sheets was not so clean. 3. Window glass and curtains were transparent, outsiders can easily see inside the room. 4. Door lock of washroom from outside was not working. 5. Wifi signals was not good , range was only single bar. 6. No refrigerator in room, in property amenities it was mentioned. 7. Shower was rusty. What I liked the most 1. Very close to the palolem beach. Overall review. Not worth as per they charged for a room, Will not suggest for couples and family.

It's one of the best Resort i seen in Palolem Beach..we experienced great relaxation sitting in the balcony and watching the Waves..On the bed, if we open the Windows and curtains, you can see the beautiful beach..I don't feel any negatives about this resort... Staff is also very friendly and you can get everything to your room balcony from the Bar & Restaurant. if anyone would like to visit Palolem and witness the beautiful beach from your room, I highly recommend this Hotel..Take Seaview room..

The doors of the room are not even closing, the house keeping team doesn't validate all the necessary items required in a room while they ask a guest to stay, washroom door also doesn't and there is no one to fix it. All they say is this is a non refundable booking and after paying 7k per day this is the service you receive and you are just forced to stay in a place which is not even worth it.

It is a newly constructed hotel. staff is helpful, cannot get a better location if you want to stay right at the beach. the in-house resturant was under construction so no breakfast or food was available however the staff would bring any food or stuff that you need from nearby.

Great location,right on the beach..staff is helpful, however their inhouse restaurant was under construction and there was no food option..however the staff would get anything that we order from nearby places...it's a good place to stay with family..

I found it a bit overpriced.The rooms have very basic amenities. No chair only table and no toiletries. We got cottage which does not have sea view as there are other cottages in front. Still the price was too high.

One of the worst experiences ever had in hospitality. Staff is impolite, food at its worst. a list of complaints I've about this property. Its a big 'NO GO'. Talking about pricing its on the cloud9 😅😅

The stay was good. Staff is pleasant. View from the room is amazing and worth the stay. Pizza is awesome. Secluded beach space so one can truly enjoy. Just need a mirror for the ladies to get ready.

The toilet seat was dirty at check in. The AC power switch was outside the room, Someone switched off the AC twice at night.
