Staff was so good and servixe quality was good but rooms seems to be good but my encounter was so bad. there was spider of size 6-7 inch roaming in the room. I got scared to see such a big spider not once I saw couple of them. soon I realise the bed bugs as my body started itching all over. it was horrible night with endless jungli insects coming in. everything was good except the insects, spiders and bed bugs. I will nt recommend comfort inn as it wasn't comfortable at all.

Very well built property. The staff was very much cooperative. Owner Mr. Dinesh Verma is good man.The cook Mr. Sonu Thakur and the housekeeper Sunil is also very welcoming and Caring. Rooms are well built and super clean with balcony. Location is also good with parking and Restaurant. Food is great. Worth visiting again for me.

I would recommend that the hotel provides tea and coffee free in the room. No harm if a small fridge is kept with snacks and menu for the same. The service is prompt but not trained. Milk has been served in sugar pot.

Best view and location for the price. Its neither too far nor too close to the Chail Market. The manager is very helpful and cooperative. Food and service is decent. Their terrace is the most amazing asset.

The stay in the hotel was good... The view of the outside valley was great... The location and food served was also good... The only problem faced was that hot water was not coming from the tap

The view the balcony gives you is best I have ever seen. The hotel is well furnished , wood finishing. Staff is really helpful. Had a peaceful and quite stay
