The hotel is situated on the main road on the Ambalapuzha Allapuzha highway. Location and ambience is good. Rooms and bathroom were neat and clean. Food was average, expected better. They provide only 1 water bottle per room and extra water is chargeable. They are charging Rs 20 MRP bottle at Rs 30 and normal RO water is provided only if you insist that to limited amount. This I felt is not good if you are not provided normal water also after paying so much room charges. We went as a family with ladies and kids. I was bit disappointed with the environment there as they have a local bar inside their campus which is open for everyone. So lots of people moving within the hotel campus drunk and smoking here and there. Few were having heated arguments as well. Being a 4 star property the management should take care of these things.

A very good hotel, very close to the Ambalapuzha Sri Krishna Temple. Just a couple of minutes drive. Excellent facility. Good, clean rooms. Well supplied with electric kettle, coffee / tea, etc. The restaurant downstairs is quite good too. Excellent menu. Food was good too. In summary, a great place to stay especially if you’re visiting the famous Lord Krishna Temple in Ambalapuzha.

Close to Ambalapuzha temple which makes it walkable distance for a visit to the temple. Rooms are good but bit cramped though..Hot water facility is not round the clock . Food was very good especially the buffet breakfast with a good spread. Overall the stay was good except the entrance to the bar which gives a bit of privacy issues to the residents with the moving crowd.

Great location, located very close to Ambalapuzha temple and offers great customer service. The restaurant also offers good variety of veg and non veg food. There is a bar is located inside but separate from the restaurant and rooms so not an hindrance for family.

This time while I stayed in hotel, there was a management change happening and the servecability of shower and faucet etc was not up to the mark.. Otherwise a great and quite place to relax.extemely courteous staff add to the value.

Food was Great in taste and the most amazing factor is all items are not so expensive. Homely calm and quiet atmosphere interior of the room + bathroom have a royal touch. more over staff were nice

The room was pathetic. I have booked a deluxe room but the room provided to me was very horrible. Didn't expected this from the hotel management.

The receptionist is a racist. He insults customers. Had very bad experience during check in. but the rooms are comfortable.
