Crazy Hill Drive Residency, Kodaikanal

It was good stay, worth what we paid but not having basic amenities even for what we paid is quiet disappointing, as given in description of amenities, most of the things weren't given to us. The outside seating area had no chairs only table, no fire place even though given in amenities, no wifi given said its not working, no tv cause its not working as said by the place incharge, no heater even though mentioned, and later they said its chargeable per day and we agreed cause it was too cold and then the electrical sockets wont work in the rooms, but bathrooms were clean and bedsheets too hot water was there in bathroom, but water used to get empty and we had to turn on the motor every day in night or in morning whenever water runs out. extra bedsheets were given. The only amenity was met was one kettle in one room. and about food if you need anything they would arrange for you and it gets delivered to your door with minimal time. We booked 3 rooms we were 6 of family. All three rooms had water heater in bathroom, all rooms had no heater or tv or wifi available. The only thing you get when you book this stay is room with bathroom, hot water in bath and one kettle thats it and inside parking up hill. I think it was worth for what i have paid but i won't recommend this place for anyone especially when your traveling with family. There many things this place lacks, and even the one who is incharge of this place doesn't care about his guests, if we ask for something he never calls back or solves the issues such carelessness. but we enjoyed this stay our way. 🚫 Not recommended pay some thousands of bucks extra and go somewhere else if you have family with you. Happy stays 👍 Average I won't recommended this place if your traveling with family.

Price is good, Resort housekeeping is worst. food charges are hifNot Recommended..
