it does not have any remote for the AC, does not have any remote for the TV or set top box.Even thouhgh the bed sheet was clean, the room was very dusty. the geyser did not work, the washroom was extremly smelly, absolutely not fit for human usage. The food menu was overpriced, and the hotel did not serve us any breakfast, even though we had paid for it during the booking, and said doesn't pay us for providing breakfast. Situated at a plce that needs you to literally walk 10-15 minutes for any transport connectivity. The wifi was fast and upon asking, the young service boy helped us with glasses and plates. Behaviour of the staffs aren't bad; but the quality of room, cleaniness, transport advancements, and the fact that the hotel did not serve us any breakfast, even after we had paid for it makes it one of the worse stays here in Kolkata.The property needs a cleanup and subtle renovation. It really is a struggle to put up with cold water during such chilly December winter-time.

worst experience ever I had. Room was too small and old. No internet connection inside room no matter what you are using their wifi or your mobile data. Even they didn't provide any basic animities like Towle, soap. We were 2 people but they provide only one single blanket even they didn't provide drinking water also. Stuff behavior was rude they didn't treat you like a guest. we had booking from 12 but we reached at 1:30pm then they told all rooms are filled after few discussion with owner they agree to give us room but again we have to wait for 30 min outside. I didn't recommend anyone to go.

It was an OK stay. Bathroom was very small. Room was also not very spacious. Food was good but the quantity was very less in comparison to price. I would have given 2.5 star ratings if that rating option is provided. Location was good. So Overall an average stay for me. Hopefully they will improve in their shortcomings.

Recommended to all who are searching for best & budget stay without compromising standard of living. Overall a nice stay, Nice ambience at the Sight. Although it does not look likes Hotel ..and lastly, food facility was not available. Staff was fully cooperative.

Torn Bedsheets. The geyser was not working properly. Mosquitos. Otherwise affordable. No such disturbances. If you want affordable food, a South Indian restaurant is available nearby (within 500m, in the HB block).

nice one.. good location and my friend came from Orissa for an interview asked me for hotel so I suggested him for this hotel and he's very much satisfied with the services.
