Hotel is clean, neat and good but staffs behaviour towards customers is very bad,especially restaurant staff and one male front office staff.During our stay in last week in the evening we had to wait half n hour in restaurant and no one even cares to clean the table,so we had to leave to other hotel for food.when someone complaint about the order and service delay the front office staff shout at him.very bad. !!

The Stay in the hotel was excellent.. The Breakfast and food in the restaurant were excellent.. the room was neat and tidy.. The hotel is at the heart of the town and hence had access to spices, chocolate etc were easy and Periyar tiger reserve bus station was nearby.. Thanks to the hotel staff for the pleasant experience..

5 stay at crystal cove thekkady was fabulous.they also upgraded our room to suite category without any charges.rooms are very clean and spacious. staff are attentive and provide excellent customer service. i will surely recommend crystal cove thekkady to anyone visiting thekkady.

The rooms of the hotel should be spacious enough to accommodate the guests and their luggage properly, it should not only be spacious but comfortable with all the necessities and luxuries . A large T.V with a king-size bed for comfortable sleep at night

The hotel is quite good. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants and sight-seeing places. There are spice shops all around. The staff is very prompt and friendly. Ms Jennifer and Mr Rajkumar helped us with bookings for our planned activities.

Good location although located inside market so no view from rooms. Rooms are clean and hot water is available. They have restaurant but food quality bit on average side. Overall value for money and budget friendly.
