the hotel's cleanliness was pathetic. there is no lift. you cannot change the temperature of ac. no soap provided. torn bedsheets and extremely dirty blankets (full of stains) were provided. i didn't feel like touching them. housekeeping service was rude. i arrived at the hotel one hour later than check in time, but had to wait for another 45 mins at reception as the rooms were not ready. the bathroom was smelling like a public toilet and leaky and aged old taps were there in the bathroom overall a very bad experience,felt like i am staying at a place worth rupees 300-400 per day. would not recommend anyone go stay here

Property was good of location. property staffs are good. My room was #107, But room should be maintain, geyser is not working, we have taken bath cold water. Bath room is too much pathetic of cleaning wise. When you will open shower fitting tap , it will come horrible sound. Bath towel full of stains. There was no soap and shampoo. Duvet and cover was full of body odor smell previous guest and bed sheet torn condition with stain. Dressing mirror light was fused.AC plug point hanging over. It's sincerely request to management please look up this issues. It's all genuine things for guests.

I recently stayed at hotel from 16/08/24 to 17/08/24 for 1 night and had a horrible experience. The room was unhygienic, with dirty washrooms, torn bed sheets, and smelly blankets. The overall stay was unacceptable.I would like to request 50% compensation for my booking due to the poor service. I hope you take my feedback seriously and take necessary actions to improve your hotel's conditions.Specifically, I faced the following issues:- Mosquitoes in the room- No soap or extra amenities provided- No Wi-Fi- No TV- No power backup in the room

Room was given at first was too small no TV and too old chairs but then after complaint they upgraded the room to big and that was good enough, but the biggest issue was there was only one master key available and that they kept with them only and they are accessing our room while we are not in the room they don't ask for consent. The room service was top poor thr food quality was top poor, the staffs are ok types but the manager was quiet attitude and rude. Overall I'm not satisfied with the hotel service and worth of money.

rooms are spacious, bathroom are clean. situated in a gali but locality is good near to seabeach. Behaviour of staff is good. Mr. Ciranjib Biswal manager is friendly and cooperative. I would recommend this place for stay. The cons mentioned can be ignored specially food as their are other restaurants as well. If you opt for food make sure to do digital payment, cash creates confusion over payments. Pros- Very near to beach Room cleanliness is good Cons- Below average room service Food not good

so bad hotel i have ever seen dirty blanket dirty pillow cover staff behaviour is so rude n careless the room was not clean, hairs n dust everywhere in that room when i ask to clean that room the staff argues with me n didn't clean again .. that was the worst hotel i have ever seen.

I have like this hotel. All staff are cooperative. But one suggestion for owner, please AC remove area gap to be close for privacy. Geyser not working, some bulbs are fused, electric wire are hanging. Bath room door latch hook not working. For family best place with suitable price.

The hotel is located very close to the Niladri beach and thats the only positive. The room was modest. Not too clean , broken latches, bathroom was in shambles. The sheets were not washed and staff too needs to do a better job.

The hotel was very unhygienic, even dust and some stains were observed inside the room, Mosquitos were around there, no breakfast available in the hotel, I have charged with free breakfast 😔.
